I am extremely happy with the service provided. I ordered online from Ireland to get flowers delivered to a family member at work. When they got there the shop was not open, They emailed me to inform me of this and ask if they could be collected. I explained the situation and offered money to get them re delivered and they said they would keep them over night and deliver them again the next day free of charge!! Very kind gesture and easy to communicate with, 100% recommend. Also the arrangement is beautiful.
